| In this page, the gene function prediction in pineapple is on the basis of three main protein databases, SWISS-PROT, TrEMBL and TAIR10. The putative protein domain regions and interrelated gene information, Gene Ontology(GO) and InterPro domain associated each predicted pineappple protein were annotated using InterProScan with default parameter.
